Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Actively manage the material flow, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability
• Order Management: Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delays, and implement recovery plans
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, maintaining close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production teams
• Process Optimization: Drive or participate in improvement projects with suppliers or within the Supply team
• Empowered and Agile Work Environment: Enjoy autonomy in a trust-based setting, managing your area of responsibility within a small, dynamic team
• Impactful Contributions: Take an active role in exciting projects and help shape the future of supply management

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification 
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Scheduling / Material Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel, approx. 1x month (Europe-wide)
