We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Cabin Upgrades - Operational Planning Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Develop cross project team planning fundamentals which are shared by all team members
- Support the current teams with the frequent updates of the planning
- Coordinate project planning with available departmental resources
- Establish operationel KPIs with subcontractors
- Run monthly performance sessions with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance
- Support the team with project management skills on various topics
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of project Management, engineering, business adminstration or a comparable qualification
- More than three years of professional experiene in the field of project Management
- More than two years of professional experiene in the field of Subcontracting-Management
- More than one year of professional experiene in the field of engineering and process planing
- Knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management tools
- Technical background knowledge is required
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel max. 2 times a year for up to 4 days
